Dr. Xiao grew up in a three generations medical family; her father is a famous Psychotherapy and Hypnosis Therapy Doctor. in China. Dr. Xiao is not only an ordinary Acupuncturist. But also likes to use some of her father’s practices to help patients manage their Stress. (Depression, Fatigue, Insomnia, Migraine Headache, Sexual Dysfunction, Mood and Weight Disorder) Her Ph. D thesis is on depression.

Trauma& Pain Management

Dr. Xiao’s specializes is in trauma & pain management. She went to the internship twenty five years ago before she attended medical school in Si Chuan China. She also holds her therapeutic massage license during the time she attended medical school in the Unite States. Even now she practices deep tissue massage and spinal manipulation on patients as they need it. Physical Therapy (Laser, Electric Stimulation Bian Stone and Far Infrared) is the practice in her clinic.

Qigong Meditation and Activities Therapy

Dr. Xiao has practiced Martial Arts since her childhood. At the age of twenty, she followed ShaoLin Qigong Master Jin YuLan to become a professional instructor and president of ShaoLin QiGong Association in Sichuan. Today the Inscription of her name is in ShaoLin Temple. Positive thinking and exercise will be two thirds of the result that come to you if you practice her way of instructions.  

Nature Food and Herbal Medicine

Dr. Xiao has been practicing her prescription herbal medicine over 16 years. Herbal medicine use is the internal medicine in China. She has been studying of herbs medicine since the age of eight. The Combination of diet is the five colors of natural vegetables and foods that your body needs every day, along with herbal use, improves your health.
